Origin

The GEOCORAIL® technology, patented and developed by SEACURE, originates from a discovery made by the company’s founders, who were experts in active cathodic protection in the 1980s. 

Following an error in positioning the anode of a cathodic protection system for the landfall of the power cable supplying Belle-Île-en-Mer, they discovered that cycling the current could lead to the formation of a rocky aggregate at the cathode.

After several experiments, they created an association dedicated to developing the process in the early 2000s, allowing them to present promising results to investors. The company GEOCORAIL® was born from this collaboration.
