Description
Seacure was pleased to take part in the 15th edition of the Port of the Future Conference, held at the National Maritime College in Le Havre on September 30 and October 1, 2025.
🚢Organized by CEREMA, in partnership with HAROPA PORT, this edition focused on the theme “Ports and territories, corridor strategies and development levers”, exploring how to rethink these strategic axes by integrating challenges related to decarbonization, ecological sustainability, economic performance, and security.
⚓🌊 This was an opportunity for Sophie Coulon and Anaïs Préterre to meet stakeholders from the port ecosystem across the Channel and Atlantic regions, and to discuss the challenges they face in their development strategies: pollution control, decarbonization of maritime transport, pollution reduction, and ecological restoration.
Seacure is particularly honored to have received the Innovation Trophy for its GeoShell geo-coralized shell gabion project, dedicated to the ecological and coastal engineering market. 🏆
A project that fully embodies our values:
♻️ Circular economy
🌍 Reduced carbon footprint
🦪 Reuse of shell waste
🌊 Solutions for more sustainable ports
Many thanks to Cerema, Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique and Pôle Mer Méditerranée, as well as all the partners present, for this great recognition, and to everyone who believes in this project.
This distinction strengthens our conviction: low-carbon innovation and the valorization of local resources will be at the heart of tomorrow’s port infrastructures.
